Welcome to MockupMaster/Cvetnic Digitalprodukte. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase, download, and use of our digital products, including plugins, extensions, scripts, and related services (collectively, the "Products") designed for use with Adobe Photoshop.

By purchasing, downloading, or using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

2. License Grant

This license does not grant you ownership of the Product.

• Use the Product in any unlawful manner
• Circumvent license keys, activation systems, or security measures
• Share license credentials with third parties

All Products, including but not limited to code, design, graphics, documentation, trademarks, and branding, are owned by Cvetnic Digitalprodukte and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Adobe and Photoshop are registered trademarks of Adobe Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Adobe Inc.

5. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location.

6. Refund Policy

Because our Products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final.

However, we may offer refunds at our sole discretion if:

• The Product is defective and cannot be resolved
• The Product does not substantially function as described

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

7. Updates and Support

• We may provide updates, patches, or improvements at our discretion.
• We do not guarantee that updates will be provided indefinitely.

8. Compatibility Disclaimer

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cvetnic Digitalprodukte shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the Product

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license immediately ends
• You must cease using and delete all copies of the Product

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bavaria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
